How do I access Upay?
Upay is available as a mobile app, which you can download from the Google Play or Apple app stores. You may also access it via the Upay website if you prefer.
You can use your SSO credentials to login .You will also receive an email to your University email address containing your login details which you can use as an alternative login method.
Forgotten Credentials
Your username for Upay is your primary University email address if you choose to use this method - e.g. firstname.surname@bnc.ox.ac.uk
If you forget your password, you can reset it via the app or the Upay website - just click/tap the Forgotten Password button on the main login screen. You'll then be given the choice to either request a password reset email, or a password reset SMS message. Follow the instructions in the email/SMS to reset your password.
