If you are leaving Brasenose for the last time, you will need to close your Upay account - this process will refund any remaining funds back to you.
To close your Upay account, you will first need to log into the app or the Upay website
From the main welcome screen, if using the app, open the sidebar menu using the button in the top left hand corner of the screen.
If using the website, click the menu icon in the top right-hand corner of the webpage:
Next, tap or click "Account management".
From the Settings menu, tap or click "Close Account".
The next screen will give details of your existing balance as well as the refund policy and process. Read this carefully and then click on "Confirm" to close your account. Once this has been done, your outstanding balance will be returned to you.
