This guide explains how to sign back into the Outlook client on your PC after the Nexus 365 migration.
The first time you open Outlook you’ll be prompted for a username and password.
Please note that the username format has now changed and will be in the format of bras****@OX.AC.UK, e.g. abcd1234@OX.AC.UK – the OX.AC.UK must be in capitals.
Enter your usual e-mail password in the password box. You may tick remember my credentials if you do not wish to be prompted for a password each time you start Outlook.
Outlook should now load as normal
