Adding Office365 email using Gmail App

First Remove your existing mail account

  1. On your Android device, open the Gmail app
  2. Click on your avatar or picture in the top right-hand corner
  3. Select Manage your accounts on this device
  4. Click on your account
  5. click Remove

Configuring your office365 email on Gmail

  1. On your Android device, open the Gmail App
  2. Click Add another account
  3. From the list, select exchange and office365
  4. Enter your full email address in the following format: firstname.lastname@bnc.ox.ac.uk
  5. You will be directed to the Microsoft Sign in page, remove your email and enter your SSO in the following format: bras****@OX.AC.UK and enter password
  6. You will be prompted for your multi-factor authentication method. Complete your multi-factor process,
  7. Accept permissions
  8. Click Done
  9. Wait for your emails to sync

Your account has been successfully set-up.
