If you already have set up a phone number as a method of authentication, this guide will help you choose whether you want to receive a Text Message or a Phone Call to authenticate to access your account.
- Go to the Microsoft account page
- This will take you straight into your sign in security info, were you sign in methods are managed.
- Where it shows Change next to your phone option, click change, if you currently have the Text me option you can change it to Call me From here you can also change or update Phone number, click next to confirm.
