Adding Office365 email with MFA on Samsung device using built in Samsung Mail App
First Remove your existing mail account
- On your Android device, open the Mail app
- Click the Menu icon (often appears as three dots or the 3 vertical lines in the top corner of the screen)
- Click on the Cog icon and select your account
- Click Remove Account
- When prompted, click Remove to delete the account
The Exchange account will no longer be present on your account
Adding your office365 email
- On your Android device, open the Mail App
- Click office365 in the Add Account screen, you will be directed to the Sign Sign-on
- Enter your SSO in the following format> bras****@OX.AC.UK
- Enter your SSO password
- Click Sign In
- You will be prompted for your multi-factor authentication method. Complete your multi-factor process
- Choose whether to activate the device administrator (Apply Security Settings)> Select Apply> select Activate.
- Wait for your emails to sync
Your account has been successfully set-up.
